Which Christian church or denomination is right?

No single denomination gets everything right, and no honest Christian tradition actually claims to be perfect. Thousands of denominations exist partly because Christians genuinely disagree about real, sometimes important questions—but they also share an enormous amount in common.

A helpful way to think about it: some beliefs are "essential"—things like the Trinity, Jesus's death and resurrection, and salvation by grace—shared across nearly every Christian tradition throughout history. Other beliefs are "secondary," like baptism's exact meaning or church leadership structure, where sincere, careful Christians genuinely disagree.

Rather than searching for one perfectly correct denomination, it's usually wiser to look for a church that's faithful on the essentials, teaches the Bible honestly, and actually helps you grow to love God and other people.

You don't need to resolve every theological debate in church history before you can belong somewhere and follow Jesus faithfully.
