Does science disprove God?

No, and it doesn't prove him either. Those two claims get made a lot, but neither one is really what science does.

Science studies the natural world using observation, experiment, and testable prediction. That method is extremely good at explaining how things work—but "does God exist" isn't the kind of question a lab experiment is built to answer either way.

This doesn't mean science and faith never touch. Some historical claims connected to Christianity, like whether Jesus rose from the dead, can be examined using evidence and reasoning, even without a lab. And some scientific findings—like the universe having a beginning—have genuinely shaped how people think about God, in both directions.

So it's more accurate to say science hasn't disproven God, rather than that it's neutral on everything. What it hasn't done is settle the question either way.
